This handy 10.8V cordless drill is standard delivered with two 1.3Ah batteries This machine has two mechanical speed settings and therefore can be used for screwing, as well as for drilling. In screwing position the machine provides a lot of power at a lower speed. In the drilling position the drill turns at a high speed and therefore drills in wood or metal without any problem.
The maximum torque is 30 Nm. For precise screwing the machine has 21 torque settings. The quick charger ensures that the battery is fully charged in 45 minutes.
The cordless drill is equipped with LED-work lightning and a belt hook and is supplied in a robust storage case including two 10.8V Li-Ion batteries, a quick charger and 2 screw bits.
Li-Ion technology
The CDM1112S is equipped with Li-Ion technology. In contrast to the regular battery technologies, Li-Ion batteries do not discharge themselves and therefore the machine is always ready for use. Because Li-Ion batteries do not have a memory effect, these can be charged at any time. Besides these advantages, Li-Ion batteries are more powerful, lighter and environmentally friendlier. This enables a 50% better performance in comparison with regular battery technologies .
Application
A cordless drill is being used for screwing and drilling jobs in wood and metal. The higher the maximum torque (expressed in Nm), the more power full the machine.
